 1. 15in. Macbook Pro w/ Retina Display This is more than a computer - it's a symbol of determination for me and a commitment to being the person I knew I was capable of being. My 2008 Pro died shortly after quitting my full time job back at the end of 2014. I was forced to purchase a new laptop so I could continue to shoot full time. I spent about half of the money I had saved at  the time on it and put the other half on a credit card. I just finished paying it off literally a week ago.      2. LaCie Mini 1TB Hard Drive   Have to keep a back-up for your back-up's back-up. This thing weathers the storm and makes me feel secure. I've had to start my entire catalogue over twice due to failing external hard drives and my failed hard drive on my '08 Macbook. Early on I took it as life making me level up by purging my old work from my consciousness but I don't see that happening with this one. I'll finally have something to look back at and see my growth.      3. A Couple of Sharpies   Great for sketches, notes, and vandalism.     4. unFun, A Zine By Blue The Great  | The Life & Times of MistaDeadHead  Vol.1 These are super rare zines released earlier this year from some really talented homies. They keep me inspired and wanting to grow with this art shit. I've been copping merch and memorabilia from Bryan Blue since I was in college. He was one of the first people that I really watched create a career out of his art and I'm extremely stoked to have one of these super limited copies - They sold out in about 5 mins. Justin Jenkins (MistaDeadHead) was a homie I ran brand with back in undegrad - that company was the project when I realized I could really do something with my work and had an eye for creating shit. He's one of the tightest designers I know and an even doper human being. Much love to these dudes!      5. A Disposable Camera   I'm a weird ass that often has at-least three formats of cameras on me at all times. I love the spontaneity of being able to snap something very quickly without much thought and the surprise of getting it developed months or years later and it triggering the context of the photo. It reminds me of being a kid again.  This format is half of the focus for my new project:  Analogue Luxury .      6. iPhone 5s - Case by Blue The Great My wife will say i'm addicted to this thing - I'm always tweeting, fuggin around on VSCO, trying to get work done or just being nosey on Instagram plus it has a camera which helps with my need to have multiple formats on me.      7. Word Notebook (Camo) I should use this as field notes when I'm on shoots but I really use it in meetings when I want people to think I'm taking notes. There is nothing but chicken scratch in here because I suck at writing stuff down. If it's important it's in my phone or on my laptop - I be faking bruh but this shit looks cool.      8. Polaroid 600 & an empty Impossible 600 film carton   I've been shooting instant film for about 3 years but really started focusing on Polaroid/Impossible film about two years ago even more so than digital. This is the focal point and main inspiration behind my next project Analogue Luxury  - I'll release something formal about it soon. Just sign up for the newletter on my site if you wanna be one of the first to know : )      9. Canon 70D & 50mm 1.8      My go to set up as far as digital photography - I've slowed down on commercial & freelance work because I started working as a product photographer and eventually the e-commerce manager for a major boutique firm. I keep it close because I'm impulsive and need to shoot something in HD with total control every once in a-while. I also like to cover concerts and shows with it but i'm looking to upgrade  to a full frame camera possibly mirrorlessVERY soon.         10. W.W.J.D bracelet   I wear one of these daily - I have a few different colors. I'm appreciative of the skills, perspective, and vision God has blessed me with. It's just a subtle reminder to be thankful for everything and everyone around me.
